On June 7, at the Valavadi Narayanaswamy Cancer Centre (VNCC) - the oncology departmentof GKNM Hospital brought together cancer survivors, caregivers, and doctors - not to talk about illness, but about life after it.

The event was inaugurated by Dr. V. Santosh, Medical Director at GKNM Hospital, and flowed into a day full of beautiful moments by honouring the donors. From a motivational speech by Dr. Ajeitha. L, the role of Ayurveda in oncology by Dr. Babu, yoga with Dr. Priya Darshini, laughter therapy by Dr. S. Gandhi, to a soulful sing-along by Strums and Hums, it was a space to exhale, reconnect, and simply be.

Cancer changes lives. But so does feeling understood. And that’s what we created, together.
