Blood Donor Services

Blood is collected from voluntary non-remunerated blood donors.
Donor screening is done by well trained staff maintaining donor privacy and confidentiality.

Component Preparation facility

The department is committed to ensure of safe blood and components with state-of-the-art equipment for component preparation and storage under stringent quality control conditions installed in commensurate with technological advancements in blood component preparation facility

Immunohematology Laboratory

The immunohematology reference laboratory services equipped with fully automated Ortho vision Analyser using gel card technology which will help in solving complex immune-hematological problems which may arise either due to previous pregnancy, transfusion or transplantation as well as autoimmune diseases.

NAT facility is also available as an extra safety layer to ensure blood safety. Most trusted technology for molecular testing of blood donors for HIV, HBV and HCV.
