India’s 80th Independence Day Celebration at GKNM Hospital
GKNM Hospital proudly celebrated India’s 80th Independence Day with a meaningful gathering that brought together our team in the true spirit of patriotism, unity, and service.
The celebration commenced with the National Flag Hoisting by our CEO, Dr. Ragupathy Veluswamy, followed by the Hospital Flag Hoisting by our CMO, Dr. G. Manoharan. The occasion was further enriched by an inspiring patriotic address delivered by Dr. M. R. Balasenthil Kumaran, Consultant Neurosurgery, who highlighted the values of unity, responsibility, and service that continue to strengthen our nation.
As part of the celebration, we were delighted to honour the SSLC and HSC achievers from the families of our employees, recognising their dedication, perseverance, and academic excellence. Their achievements were celebrated as a reflection of the importance of education, hard work, and continuous pursuit of excellence.
The celebration concluded with the National Anthem, leaving everyone with a renewed sense of pride and togetherness. The occasion reaffirmed GKNM Hospital’s commitment to serving the community with compassion, integrity, and excellence.
