Mr. Sanjay Jayavarthanavelu

Mr. Sanjay Jayavarthanavelu, an MBA graduate from Philadelphia University, USA, is the Chairman and Managing Director of Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd., Coimbatore. LMW is one of the three leading Textile Machinery Manufacturers in the world, manufacturing the complete range of textile spinning machinery. LMW’s other major businesses are CNC Machine Tool Manufacturing, Foundry Business & an advanced technology centre to manufacture components for the Aerospace Industry.

He is the former Chairman of the Southern Regional Council of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He is the Chairman of the Council of Administration of SITRA and the Chairman of the Uyir Trust, Coimbatore. Mr. Sanjay is also the Chairman of Coimbatore Masonic Charity Trust.
