The facility was inaugurated on August 22nd at GKNM Integrated Out Patient Centre by Sri.R. Gopinath, Vice President of KNC trust in the presence of Dr. Ragupathy Veluswamy, CEO of GKNM Hospital along with Dr. Santhosh Kumar Dora, Executive Medical Director, Dr. Srinivasan, Consultant Diabetologist and Dr. Muthulakshmi, Consultant Diabetic Foot Care Specialist of GKNM Hospital and other dignitaries were present during the event.

The newly established Diabetic Foot Clinic is designed to meet the rising demand for specialized care among diabetic patients who are vulnerable to foot complications. The clinic will offer a comprehensive range of services, including early diagnosis, preventive care, and state-of-the-art treatment options, all within a single, dedicated facility. Staffed by a multidisciplinary team of experts, the clinic is committed to reducing the risk of amputations and enhancing the quality of life for diabetic patients.
